Birthday Party Information
Thank you for reserving a party with us at Fiesta Farm! Here are some things you'll want to know in advance.
Our website is FiestafarmLC.com. It has a blank invitation with directions to the farm. Please provide guests with directions and your phone number . Remind them to wear sensible shoes.
You may arrive 1/2 hour early to set up for the party. We expect to start pony rides about 30 minutes into the party, offering 2 rides per child. If that isn't convenient, just let us know.
Please bring 7 plastic tablecloths to cover the tables. No confetti, it's too messy!
Any type of food is fine, but grilling is not allowed at the farm. We have electricity for warmers, and a freezer for icecream. Pinatas are welcome and we have a rope up. You will need to clean up the pinata area quickly so other parties can use it.
Music is fine at a reasonable volume.
We will hang "food scrap" buckets near trash barrels because any food you won't eat, our animals will. Trash bags and paper towels will be provided for your use.
We have prepared "Thank You" notes with a coupon for a free visit which you can give your guests. Please let us know how many you need.
If there is anything you forgot, ie lighters, knife, candles, just ask in the office. We usually can help you out.
We'd love you to mention us to your friends, school or mom's group. Thanks for your business!
